Even when I was at school, I knew that I wanted to work with people. So in 1991 I decided to train as a medical assistant. I continually expanded on this basic medical knowledge in the years that followed.

Since I have always loved animals, I decided in 2013 to give a dog from an animal shelter a new home. Since then, it has become even clearer to me how much animals give and teach people. For this reason, I decided to become a specialist in animal-assisted intervention, therapy and education.
In my free time I spend a lot of time with my dogs, I enjoy horse riding and I am actively involved in animal welfare. My friends describe me as an open-minded and friendly person.
Since animal welfare is a matter close to my heart, my four-legged employee for animal-assisted therapy is also a dog from an animal shelter. You can find out more about Runa here.
