Often there are some existing and recurring crises in everyday life related to stress and exhaustion, or you don't know how to deal with the problems. It can also be that blockages or fears are holding you back and you have the feeling that you are stuck in a rut. I would be happy to accompany you in taking a closer look at the challenges in your life and work with you to find solutions to achieve the desired changes and goals. I will determine the desired and appropriate therapy together with you in an initial consultation. In this, not only the formalities such as data collection, treatment contract and costs are clarified, but also a complete anamnesis is drawn up in order to find the desired and individually required therapy with you. Your goals for therapy can be, for example: strengthening self-confidence; learning to speak more freely; learning to address conflicts; overcoming fears or accompaniment and support in a situation that is currently stressful for you; strengthening your resources
  • Talk therapy and behavior therapy

    One method used is talk therapy (according to C. Rogers). This can help you to bring order to your emotional world. I will adapt to you and your situation with my authenticity and empathy so that you can deal with yourself and your feelings better.
