Are you wondering what lies behind the hike?
A circular walk of around 1.5-2 hours with stops and happy moments awaits you in a natural environment. Small mindfulness exercises are incorporated into this hike, which can help you to better connect with yourself and the "here and now" and to feel happier.
This happiness hike is for you if you want to leave everyday life behind for a short time and strengthen your body, mind and soul.

Start times will be allocated over a complete weekend.
For small groups of 5 or more people, a private happiness hike can be offered. You can also call or write to me at any time for further details.
Workshop leader: Melanie Müller
The workshop will take place with a minimum of 5 people. Participation is limited to a maximum of 15 people.
